Chase Quick Pay Changes: Can't Accept / Reject Payment Anymore

After searching for awhile for free services to accept rent that allow the landlord to accept/reject the payment, we initially settled on Chase Quickpay. However, I just received an email from them that they will no longer have the feature that allows you to reject a payment from a tenant. In the case of partial rent payment from the tenant during an eviction process, if it is automatically deposited, this will throw a wrench in the eviction process.

Apart from using paper checks, does anyone know of a service that does provide this function?
