I have a new tenant that I have done a credit and background check on, verified income, and am ready to write the lease agreement. What are some important things to include in the lease? -no pets -no smoking Looking for tips. Also, do you require renters to have renters insurance? It is a condo that is covered on the outside, I have renters insurance myself to cover the inside for the appliances and stuff..
