Need some advice with cash flow money

The cash flow you are making from rental properties- do you pay off one of the mortgage with the cash flow money or do you save the money for the next deal.... torn between the two--- a lot of people say -- "ohh you can find the money form somewhere else- buy another property"--- easier said than done

Why would you want to pay down a rental property mortgage ? That would be a cruel thing to do to perfectly good money.
