If you own several different properties, even saying they are basically same rental and tenant bracket, can you have different set qualifications for each property? Or does that set you up for a fair housing complaint?

You can establish what ever standards you choose as long as the standards do not in themselves violate the act. Having different standards for different properties is a landlords prerogative.
