Section 8 Fail

Good Morning All.

Can you tell me what happens when you fail a Section 8 inspection? We did not open the letter until 3 days before the updates/corrections needed to be ready before the final inspection and they were not finished in time, so we failed. Does anyone know what happens next? Thank you in advance.
