I'm having amazing success finding great rental properties 20 miles outside of Nashville. I know Nash is the place to be but I do believe people need to live everywhere and cash flow via rentals can be great in those areas as well because the prices are lower to get in. Question is...for the right price/investment why do some investor not even entertain these properties? If the comps are good and the area is growing then it should be worth the risk. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts. Blake
