Hi,

I need some help from PB to understand what type of notice we need to send to tenant and when. I am working on a procedure manual and I like to add them So far this is the list I have:

#-Day Notice to Pay or Quit (when a tenant does not pay rent in a timely manner)

#-Day Pay for Charges Notice (for Charges notice to collect charges for all other funds such as late fees, utility payments due, or any other monies due from the tenant)

#-Day Notice Breach of Covenant (Breach of Covenant agreement when a tenant violates their rental agreement and refuses to correct the violation)

#-Day to Vacate to Tenant (to Vacate to a tenant requesting they completely vacate the property by the end of the #-Day period)

I am trying to understand the days and what do I need to send to them.

Thank you so much in advance.
