Roach Problem in 4 unit condo
I have a condo unit on the end of a fourplex. We just purchased the unit a month ago and through the rehab, discovered there is a roach problem. We sprayed the unit multiple times and even had the adjacent condo (which is owned by someone else) sprayed once too.
The exterminator said that the adjacent unit that was sprayed is filthy and although we hit it once, the roaches will continue to come back until they become cleaner.
I have reached out to the condo association, but their interest in pursuing the matter isn't where I would like it to be.
Do I have any options from a legal perspective I can take to force the hand of the adjacent unit to clean up their act?
