Property Management?
I want to do Property Management while Im in college. Im only 21, & dont know anything about Real Estate, but I figured that starting off as a property manager would be great. Where do I start? Should I work for a company or just do it myself?

Hi @Kwanzaa Spears . I don't know about Arkansas, but most states require that you have a brokers/real estate license to be a property manager.
My suggestion is to start by working for a PM company. You can do that for a while and learn the ropes. Then if you really like it, you can get the proper licensing and do it yourself.
Word of advice: Lots of people don't like property managers because they do a lousy job. Be different and really care about your properties and clients and you will do well.
