Water meter on multifamily that separates the usage?
A while back I either heard a podcast or read an article that I believe came from Bigger Pockets. The topic was how their were companies that would come in and add separate meters to units and bill tenants for their usage. If anyone knows where I could find this again I would appreciate it. I am trying to help a friend learn about this.
