Rental Properties in South Mississippi
I'm 21 years old and looking to invest in rental properties. And I'm not talking just a few here or there, but multiple properties. Problem is I don't have a mentor or someone to teach me how to invest my money correctly. I have been looking into duplexes and four plexes but I have no clue where to start. If I could find a local investor who would offer to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Also I work 14hrs out of town everyday, but drive back and forth to work and home. This is why I would really like a mentor.
