Searching new rental 1 or 2 months before the current contract end.

Hi guys,

I am  a really newbie to real estate investment.

I have a simple question relating to rental house.

Here is the scenario:

If my house on rent which is going to end in one/two month(s) time, Is it legally to search for a new tenant by putting my house for rent on MLS?
