Tenant delivery question

Gary Price

I am on the last month of rental and have to leave earlier then expected.

The rental is paid in full and I have given advance notice that I will not be renewing the contract.

Can I request a delivery date about 10 - 15 days before the end of the month?

What can I do if the landlord refuses and only accepts delivery at the end of the month?

My concern is: I will not be here and will be responsible if something happens to the apartment during this period.
