Pool Liability included in lease agreement

Hi,

I just purchased a multi with a pool. It will be owner occupied. I do not want the tenants to use the pool. Do I just have an addendum added into it ? How would you get this into a lease agreement stating Pool isn't allowed, not sure if there are examples out there.
