Would You Evict Someone During the Holidays or Wait?

Different landlords have different opinions on this. What would you do in this scenario? Would you wait or would you file?

I would have the Sheriff drag them from the property on Christmas day, while their visiting family watches and a turkey sitting on top of the dinner table is waiting to be carved. 

Sorry, but if it's gotten to the point where you're being evicted, all niceties are off.
