Property Management
Hello everyone,
I am new to BiggerPockets and was told that this is the place for the best answers, advice and discussion regarding property related issues. I am interested in finding a quality property management company in the Indianapolis / Fishers, Indiana area for my single family house.
From reading past forum input, it seems as if the general consensus is that property management companies start out with good intentions. However, the quality of service eventually fades away as time passes. What should I look for and what questions should I ask before deciding on a company to oversee my property?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you.

@Jewell Carter yes, you are in the right place!
I've used both of these companies with great results [I've also fired over 7 other PM companies in the area as well].
Real Property Management, Larry Anderson, [email protected] or (317) 484-8444
Joshua Bangert, [email protected] or (317) 523-8452
I would suggest interviewing them both to see which is the best fit for you.
Good luck.
