Property Management

Hello everyone,

I am new to BiggerPockets and was told that this is the place for the best answers, advice and discussion regarding property related issues. I am interested in finding a quality property management company in the Indianapolis / Fishers, Indiana area for my single family house.

From reading past forum input, it seems as if the general consensus is that property management companies start out with good intentions. However, the quality of service eventually fades away as time passes. What should I look for and what questions should I ask before deciding on a company to oversee my property?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you.
