House hacking with Section 8 tenants

Hi there

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Section 8 tenants in NYC? I'm considering a two-family with Section 8 tenants in it. Rent is good, not great but it would require minimal renovation and immediate income. Mostly hesitant due to the increased red tape and even more challenging eviction process
