3 Bedroom or 4 Bedroom Rental
Hello,
I have a unit that was marketed as a 3 bedroom but can be made into 4 bedrooms (one room just needing a closet). The unit only has 1 bathroom and it is small with a small kitchen. There is a spacious living room but I wanted to get some other people's opinions on what route they would go. I understand with more bedrooms mean more people which can be more wear and tear. 3 Bedrooms would be less rent than 4 bedrooms. I am leaning towards keeping it as a 3 bedroom with an extra room for storage but would like to get thoughts on if you would do a 4 bedroom.
Thanks in advance!

I would promote it as a 3 beds 1 bath + Extra room (office space). I don't think that extra room would make a difference in rent to be honest or at least in my area it doesn't. Good luck!
