Seattle area rental market

I have a house coming up for rent in Burien, just slightly south of west Seattle in a great neighborhood. Curious what other landlords are seeing in the market. A quick check of Zillow shows quite a few houses sitting for rent for a good amount of time. Am I nervous for nothing or is the rental market slowing a bit?

Hey Heather! You should be fine; that lease is ending at a great time for you. Summer season is nice to pick up new tenants (lots of new folks moving in every year as well). Good luck!
