Hi All - What are good landlord friendly states? I am in California and I can't get my mind to think to continue to invest in the state.

Read the articles below and you'll find overlap. Wyoming is probably the most fair of all, but nobody knows we exist!

It's important to understand why these are considered Landlord friendly, and why the west coast, New Jersey, New York, and other places are not.
