Tech Stack to Optimize PM Company

If you manage 250+ doors (SFHs), what does your tech stack look like? Leadsimple can tackle both CRM and process management, and integrates with AppFolio, which is exciting to me.. However, I went from a process driven team that had TOO many softwares to a team that runs a little more old school. Seeking a happy medium.
