Hello,

Would anyone like to share their experiences along  with some pros and cons of  being a section 8 landlord?
I am going to get started in Rochester NY so anything specific to this area would be extremely helpful.

    Just make sure you do the proper screening. References, background, talk to their previous landlords, ect. Good luck!
