Rental License in Baltimore

Rosanna Garcia
Posted

Hello Everyone, I have a question and hope I can get some help. I purchased a rental property in Baltimore and I received all the previous docs from the old owner including a rental license that doesn't expire until mid 2023. My question is, do I have to renew that rental license under my name or do I renew when the current rental license for the property expires? Thank you all!

You are supposed to apply for a new license within 10 days of purchase.
