Camper/glamping Airbnb in the mountains? Good idea or bad idea
So I am really thinking about buying some land and not trying to go all out with finding financing for a cottage/cabin and dealing with all that. Instead I was thinking it may be easier to buy a decent sized camper, one with all the goods (shower, bath, kitchen , table, etc.) and plant that baby permanently on the land (this would be personal vacation spot and Airbnb). Although I really don't know much about campers, I am thinking it really won't be too difficult to figure out, especially if I can snag one that is in decent shape.
Here is what I was thinking:
Camper in Appalachian mountain area no further than 2-3 hours drive from Cincinnati (where I live). I would find a lot that has water, electric and sewage (maybe) depending how much the cost would be to hook everything up how extensive everything is. This part is throwing me off because although I would love to offer hot showers and electric, idk what that costs (to hook everything up) or what it may entail to manage utilities for the camper. Also, if there is no sewage system, how would you get around this part? Install an eye sore porta-potty?
Has anyone ever done this or know anyone to do this? Pros? Cons?
I am guessing you can hire a cleaning company to come out, even for a glamping spot, to clean after each stay?
Has anyone rented a glamping airbnb and enjoyed it? Was there electric, water, sewage etc?
Does anyone have an alternative idea that involves owning land and turning it to a sweet getaway spot?
I know this is a lot but I would love to hear any of your responses regarding this idea. Thank you!

Quote from @Patrick Crehan:
I have some friends that did this with a very nice camper in Yellowstone National Park. They had quite a few reservations, but it wasn't worth the trouble and they never tried it again.
