Need to tow a tenant's vehicle

I have 7 units and 7 parking spaces. One tenant is using two spaces and is doing maintenance on the vehicle to top it off. It has been up on a jack for over two weeks now. I've sent two notices and a few phone calls. Tomorrow I need to move forward with my threats and tow the vehicle. Any legal repercussions I should be aware of?

This is my suggestion, based on a similar situation and what I was told by a licensed towing company in Atlanta:

Set yourself up with a bonded towing company. They have a particular form that you need to fill out. Then put up a sign that states that 1 parking space per unit or something to that effect. Others will be towed. And you'll have to disclose the towing company with ph#. Then you'll give him notice and if he doesn't comply you can ask the towing company to tow the car. It'll be at his cost as he'll have to pay to get it out of impound or the company will take legal steps to auction it off.

Talk to a bonded towing company. The big companies know the legal steps and can advise you
