Indianapolis viny plank flooring

I need to replace carpet in a rental in late August with vinyl plank flooring. I've talk to some local Flooring stores in Indianapolis And they weren't very receptive to doing this to an out-of-state client. Looking for a one-man show that could help out with this rental turnover. Please private message me. Thank you
