Supplemental Income Ideas for House Hacker

Hey fellow investors! Has anyone rented out their garage/parking spaces and if so, what site(s) do you use to manage? 

Also, I'd love to hear any additional ideas to earn supplemental income from a property (I'll be living in the home and can easily manage). For example, I've heard of people renting out offices, garages, parking spaces, etc.
