Hello 👋🏽

1st time House Hacker with 1st tenant moving in on Sat 🙌🏽 !

What is the most User-Friendly rent payment app?

My tenant is 53 years young & states she isn't that tech savvy. I want payments to be as less stressful for her, as possible. She says she does currently utilize Zelle.

What do yall recommend 🤔?

Thank you 👊🏽

@Nicole H. I would totally use Zelle. Track everything income and expense related in a spread sheet and call it a day. I think most of the software out there are very inefficient for one or two buildings and it can be done well with free software.
