How can I enforce no pets policy when I lease my property? I found good tenants but I afraid they will bring a dog after we start the lease

A clear lease, inspections, and fines for violations.

As Benjamin said, an increasing number of tenants are simply skirting the lease by claiming their pet as an ESA. It's so easy, anyone can do it.

Your best option is to allow pets up front and figure out how to screen animals and monetize them.
