Applicant Screening Service
I am looking for a good value applicant screening service. I realized the one I was using (Tenant Data) only covered California. I logged onto SmartMove, but it did not say if it showed national results for evictions or wage garnishment. I am currently going though my first eviction. It is so mind consuming and stressful. If I had known, I would have started the process 23 days earlier instead of hoping that the tenants would pay delayed rent. Learned lots, but I wish I had learned less and gotten more rent- or learned more and gotten more rent.
