new water connection_certificate of compliance_DeKalb County
We bought a rental property in Atlanta recently. We closed it last week. The previous owner was paying the water bill for the tenants. We will have to set up a new connection for the property now, and will have to submit a new application. The house was inspected by a home inspector and we were wondering if the inspector can sign us the compliance certificate for submitting an application for new water connection.
Can someone please advise me on how to approach this?
