Rental Property Maintenance and repair tracking software

Javier Perez
Posted

Hi Everyone,

So I’m looking for software that can be used strictly to create repair tickets and keep up with tenants repair or maintenance requests .

The only one I know of is Avail.co. But I was looking for alternatives. I read online someone refer MaintainX. But that seems more like a job site or large company ticketing system. Even though they advertise for “property managers” as well.

Something where a tenant can log in and report issues with pictures etc would be awesome.

Thank you I’m advance for your time.

I've used innago which is free (charges the tenant to pay on innago only) and hemlane. Hemlane is 30 bucks up front but only $1 for each additional property so scales fairly well. Hemlane is objectively better at repair tickets but not free. Check them out!
