Eviction Cancellation process

Hi, Been going through a nasty eviction and noticed i am so not good at filling out court paperwork :). Anyways, i found out the people i've been going through eviction with moved out, i found out where they lived and approached them. Said lets just end this process as its best for everyone, they have agreed. I'm going back tonight to collect the keys, what documents should i take with me to ensure i'm covered and any ideas on what i need to file with the court to cancel the eviction process? I do know that its possible they are bluffing, but i can sure try to get the keys, just want to protect myself. Help and guidance appreciated, thanks!
