Real estate CPA or accountant recommendations?

Hi everyone, happy new year! I don’t own that many properties yet but would like to find a CPA or accountant that is knowledgeable about real estate and LLCs and can help file my taxes. I live in California and my rentals are in Texas (in the future they will be on other states). Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
