Average Unit Turnaround Time And Cost?

My property manager is in the process of turning my first unit and I wanted to get an idea of what should be expected during this process. I know the time and cost of a turn varies depending on how well the tenant took care of the property and how big the property is. My questions are what tasks are typically completed during a turn and what is the average cost and time to fix up a unit? Thanks for the input!
