Package Delivery Management
Hi,
We have a 40 unit building that has a lobby and the previous owner invested in a package locker, but the delivery companies just end up leaving the packages on the ground in the lobby. Not once has the lockers been used and they cost about $60/month. Has anyone found a good solution to package deliveries? We have experienced a package theft in the lobby, but its not a major issue as we have security cameras. I am mostly thinking of just getting rid of the package locker and putting some storage racks for the packages to be left on.
