Boarding Style Rentals
Hi there - I'm a newbie to the investment world and still very much in the information gathering phases. During one of the BP podcast episodes, there was mention of boarding style/individual room rentals and it peaked my interest because of the cash flow opportunity. There is a handicap accessible home near me with 4 bedrooms that is pretty much turn key. I'm looking for thoughts on renting individual rooms to independent living seniors and promoting community/companionship. Laws/restrictions on this? Guidance on developing individualized lease agreements specific to sharing a home with others? Any direction would be appreciated!
