Has anyone used Sharkbite fittings? If so, have you had any problems? I am considering using Sharkbite fittings for a new water heater install, the existing plumbing needs to be adjusted due to taller water heater. Thanks

I am a Licensed Master Plumber and I definitely recommend Shark bite fittings.

If you were roughing in an entire house you don't want to use them because of the high cost. But, for small repairs they are great. Especially if you don't have the tools to solder. It is more cost effective to buy a couple of shark bites than to hire a plumber.
