Pre-approved before income change
Would the following scenario change the pre-approval amount or condition? Would you have any concerns from a lender perspective?
My spouse and I get pre-approved then prior to the deal going through one of us has a decrease in income. For sake of argument let's say the property rental income will cover all expenses.
