DSCR With Poor Credit
I had some hiccup this past year that are stopping me from being able to refi 2 of my rental properties due to my credit score. I'm working with a credit repair specialist but haven't gotten the traction that I need to yet. Does anyone have any ideas or alternatives for my situation? The two properties are in 48506, valued around $105k each. My credit is currently sub 600 but should jump up substantially soon.
