Hi all, I'm a new investor looking to BRRRR a small multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas. Can anyone refer me to a reliable hard money lender? Preferably one you've done deal(s) with before. Thank you in advance!

    @Daniel Hendrix

    Plenty of good hard money lenders out there who are quite familiar with San Antonio.

    When you say small multi-family, what kind of property are you talking about?

    Thank you for the reply and information. I’m specifically looking to purchase a triplex or possibly duplex/single family home on the same lot.

    I've used them for the most recent 6 plex https://renovofinancial.com/
    Ask for Jesse

    I've also used Housemax https://housemaxfunding.com/pr...
    Ask for Tony

    And Texas Quest Capital http://www.texasquestcapital.c...
    Ask for Daniel

    I've worked with them all before.

    Thank you Collin. I appreciate it! Which one did you have the best experience with?

    It really depends on the deal on who I use.

    Texas Quest is the most flexible but his costs can creep up. Very easy to work with though.

    Housemax is a great prices and an easy loan process.  However, the draw process is a bit annoying if you don't get the project budget just right.

    Renovo is possibly the cheapest but their loan process is pretty intense.

    It's a deal by deal process for me.
