    Hi @Carol Zeroual we have a free meet up in Waltham on Thursday called pints and properties that might be a good place to build some connections with potential partners. The event is posted here on BP under the events tab but if you have trouble finding it just PM me. 

    Once I started partnering up everything got much easier and we grew our portfolio exponentially. Partnerships are great and I am a huge advocate for them just make sure everything is written down, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and eliminate all grey areas up front.
