Looking for deals in Oklahoma City

I am new to investing, and we are looking for our first deal in OKC. We are just starting to formulate our plan to generate leads (studying direct mail techniques, websites, seo, etc.) for off market properties, but I want to get into a rehab right away. I have been in touch with a few FSBO's we found while driving for dollars but haven't had much luck there either. Are there any wholesalers here on BP that have deals in OKC, or anyone that can direct me to reputable wholesalers in the area. We have submitted a couple of offers on homes from the MLS but haven't had any luck yet. I have cash and am ready to dive in head first it's just finding that first deal that the numbers work on and breaking the seal. I'm also open to partner deals if the numbers work. Any help is appreciated.
