Hello! I'm about to close on my first investment property in East Nashville. Anyone have recommendations for contractors, a handyman, and for painters in the area? Thanks in advance.
Congrats Michael, that’s awesome! My family lives in East and love it so much. I too am looking for great GC’s and handymen so I’m curious what ppl will share here. How did you go about finding the property btw?
