    Hi Jay,

    Are you asking about the generally known version of gap funding (i.e. short-term temp funding until receiving the primary 1st mortgage?) or are you referring to the "Bridge Loan" style where you use the equity or value in a currently own property and pull funds from that to use on a new purchase or rehab project on a different property?

    We are teamed up with a massive, vast team of Independent Investors with many different standards, I know that our top group does more of the "Bridge" style loans that I mentioned but once you let me know which specific style you are referring to, I can run through my Investor's list to match you with someone.  Once you let me know, just give me a day or so and I can get right back to you with the information.

    So just let me know which "method" you were referring to and I will get you the information.

    do you provide funds in PA? for buy and hold rentals until another  primary loan can be established?
