I am looking for a self-motivated, wanna-be real estate investor who can drive all over the greater Houston area searching for prime real estate investments.  The hours are flexible--but not too flexible.  This individual must commit to 20+ hours per week strategically driving around greater Houston area and have the cognitive ability to multitask and correctly input required data in a mobile software application, as well, as have good communication skills.

I am a new company, so this position is commission-based + gas/mileage, only.  Earn 10% of company's assignment fee for every property you locate and is closed on, and $.55 per mile you drive while working.  Mileage and properties inputed will be closely monitored.  Minimum commission is $500.

This is a great opportunity to learn the real estate investing business from the ground level, while growing with a new, highly motivated company.
