I’m a residential mortgage lender at a small community bank. Also an investor with 9 properties so I have a pretty good handle on investment property financing.

    Hi Ryan,

    i have a fully paid off rental worth 200k and I'd like to cash out refi about 150k. I have excellent credit. What rate can you offer me? I'm willing to pay points but I don't have to.
