Hey everyone my name is Shane and I'm new to real estate. My wife and I have our primary home in Florida rented and we've moved to Connecticut for career purposes. We are working on expanding our portfolio via LLC. I have a few friends that will join in our venture. We live in the Watertown area and wanted to know if anyone could recommend any good property management companies in Watertown or in surrounding areas. The covid-19 pandemic is giving me the time I need to learn the Connecticut market, analyze deals, and put systems in place for the LLC we plan to create. Any feedback in this area would be greatly appreciated.
