New investor with time and no capital.

Hello BP, I'm a new investor in the Orlando, FL area. Looking to partner with other investors who may not have the time to go out there and do the leg work for their investments. I'm willing and able to travel up to an hour away from here if needed.

As a new investor I don't have any experience but I'm familiar with REI, I've done a lot of reading and have immersed myself in real estate. Looking to do some deals here in Florida with someone who is more experienced than myself. I'll bring the hustle, you bring the experience, the capital is the easy part if we find a good enough deal, unless you can bring that also. I'm willing to take a lower split of the profit if it makes this more appealingto you, we can reach a win/win agreement.

I have zero problem working my butt off and like I said, I have plenty of time to invest. Please feel free to reach out to me, with offers or even advice.
