Looking for Accredited Investors/Private Financing

I'm a seasoned real estate broker/property manager that is expanding into multifamily investment. In the past, i've successfully found several properties that I would like to invest in but didn't have the necessary funds. I have a PPM (private placement memorandum) and I would like to partner with private lenders or accredited investors to get deals completed.
